Chinas Wirtschaft weiterhin geschwächt
Chinas fulminanter Wirtschaftserfolg durchlebt erste Krisen die in ihrer jetzigen Gestalt lange nicht mehr erlebt wurden. Der Absturz der chinesischen Börse bringt Unruhe in die globale Wirtschaft.
Die Notenbank dreht weiterhin an der Zinsschraube um der immer schwächer werdenden Konjunktur entgegenzuwirken. Um genau 25 Basispunkte sinken seit Sonntag die Leitzinsen für Kreditvergabe und Spareinlagen. Das letzte mal war Mitte Mai. Damit liegt der Leitzins nun bei 4,84 %. und die für Spareinlagen beträgt 2,0%. Auch Banken welche Kredite an die Landwirtschaft vergeben sind um 50 Basispunkte gesenkt worden. In den letzten Jahren sind Chinas Börsen so stark wie seit Jahren nicht mehr gestürzt. Am Montag wies der Aktienmarkt Chinas ein seit 2007 noch nie verzeichnetes Minus seit 2007 auf. Der rasanten Börsenentwicklung der letzten Monate in denen es bis Mitte dieses Jahres bis 150 % aufwärts ging folgte der schon lang befürchtete Einbruch. Dann im Juni ging es um 30% abwärts. Der Schaden am Aktienmarkt belief sich innerhalb weniger Tage auf 4 Billionen Dollar. Der Hauptauslöser wird in der Sorge unter Investoren gesehen, die am Ende des wachsenden Booms einen Rückgang befürchteten. Hinzu kommt die durch die Konjunkturerholung eingesetzte Zinserhöhung in den USA. Das macht Investments im Dollar-Raum attraktiver – und sorgt für Geldabflüsse unter anderem an den Börsen Chinas. Chinesische Firmen würden nach offiziellen Angaben um 0,3 Prozent weniger verdienen hieß es zuvor und genau diese Besorgnis war zu groß. Mit massiven Eingriffen und Stützungsmaßnahmen reagierte die chinesische Regierung auf den Ausverkauf. Nach einer Reihe von Gegenmaßnahmen wie Handelsverbote für Aktien und Konjunkturspritzen konnte Schlimmeres vorerst verhindert werden.
