Unsere emanzipierte Gesellschaft schaut gerne auf Länder in denen die Pressefreiheit und die Gleichstellung der Geschlechter weit hinterherhinken, um sich als Gegenbeispiel für eine misslungene Demokratie zu zeigen. Im Vergleich zu Russland, den USA und vielen arabischen Staaten, sind die Menschenrechte in allen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und im sozialen Geflecht innerhalb verschiedenster staatlicher Organe weitgehend berücksichtigt und präsent. Aber wie sieht es eigentlich mit den Frauen aus?
Im weltweiten Vergleich hat Deutschland ein musterhaftes Beispiel im Bereich der sozialen Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten und der hohen Lebensqualität selbst im Existenzminimum vorzuweisen. Denn die Menschenrechte beschränken sich in der Bundesrepublik nicht nur auf die unantastbare Würde, sondern dehnen sich in verschiedenen Gesetzesformulierungen und Erweiterungen bis in alle Lebensbereiche aus. Ein barrierefreies soziales Leben ist seit Jahren Gegenstand politischer Bemühungen und Beschlüsse.
Weltweit schauen Länder die sich in der Entwicklung befinden und erste Schritte in Richtung Demokratie anstreben nach Deutschland. Heute muss niemand um seine Rechte fürchten, egal welcher ethnischer oder religiöser Herkunft er oder sie auch sein mag. Dennoch geben uns einige „Gesetzesphänomene“ zu denken. Nicht selten wird dabei gefragt, ob sich unsere Politik für eingefahrene Angewohnheiten überhaupt interessiert. Noch immer verdienen Frauen 22% weniger als Männer. Ein Umstand der dem sozialen Leitgrundsatz der Bundesrepublik nicht gut steht.
Viele wissen dabei nicht, wie so etwas überhaupt möglich sein kann. Es wäre falsch diese Angelegenheit populistisch hochzureden. Vor allem brauchen wir den Willen dieses Phänomen zu verstehen, um dementsprechend entgegenzuwirken. Denn Frauen sind wohl die geeignetsten Menschen in unserer Gesellschaft, um unsere gerechtgeglaubte Staatsführung einmal spiegeln zu lassen. Trotz unserer weitgehend aufgeklärten Lebensweise und unserem Verständnis für Gleichberechtigung ist Deutschland europaweit die letzte Station, in der eine umfassende Reform innerhalb arbeitsrechtlicher Angelegenheiten schon lange überfällig ist.
Die Führungsposition in großen Unternehmen ist für unsere Vorstellungen immer noch eine männlich klingende Branche. Selbst wenn wir es anders möchten, müssen wir zugeben, dass wir den Mann als gewohnter empfinden als die Frau. Nach Angaben von 2/3 der Firmen ist dies eine seltsame Tatsache. Denn diese wünschen sich mehr weibliche Führungskräfte als zunächst angenommen. Man darf auch nicht vergessen, dass über die Jahrzehnte eine Art Kultur auch in Unternehmen entsteht. Etwas, das man nicht anders kennt, empfindet man auch nicht unbedingt als falsch. Tatsächlich sind die größten Unternehmer der Welt von Männern gegründet worden.
Ob es nun Facebook, Aldi, Amazon, Dr.Oetker oder auch Adidas ist. Frauen leiden noch immer unter der dogmatische Geschlechterrollenverteilung. Sie werden als Hase, Katze, Erdbeere oder Blümchen geliebkost. Die Frau ist in der Rolle als Löwe eher gefürchtet oder verachtet. Sie ist noch immer ein gern gesehener Schmuck neben dem einflussreichen Mann oder einem neuen Produkt. Die Frau ist im kapitalistischen Verständnis Mittel zum Zweck oder das passende Bild zum Erfolg. Und ist eine Frau einmal erfolgreich, stehen ihr eine Reihe von Schikanen, Vorurteilen und Vorwürfen bevor, mit der sie lernen muss umzugehen, um sich zu einer ganz persönlichen Philosophie durchkämpfen.
Denn die Frau könnte sich im Gegensatz zur ehrlichen Männerarbeit „hochgeschlafen“, oder ihre Reize zu Vitamin B umgewandelt haben. Und im Kontrast dazu steht die von den Medien und der Modewelt als zart und unschuldig geformte und von Männerwünschen erzogene Frau. Die tiefe Kluft welche zwischen den gesellschaftlichen Erwartungen an eine Frau und dem wirklichkeitsnahen Leben besteht, zeigt sich hier besonders drastisch. Und dennoch soll das liebes- und schutzbedürftige Wesen in einer Frau anerkannt werden und ist ein wesentlicher Unterschied zum Gegengeschlecht.
Die Frau möchte sich mit aller Kraft aus den Fängen ihrer Geschichte befreien und sich über ihre Tradition erheben. Frauen die ihre Beschwerden zur Sprache bringen werden leichtfertig dem feministischen Lager zugeordnet. Oder besser noch als kreischende und zickende Suffragetten abgestempelt. Dabei haben Frauen nicht weniger zum Stand der heutigen Bürgerrechte beigetragen als es einmal A.Smith, J. Locke oder Voltair getan haben. Im Gegenteil: Während Männer durch Verbreitung der Philosophie und Wissenschaft das Zeitalter der Aufklärung herbeiführten, waren es Frauen die sich mit Hingabe an das Grobe (die Revolution) heranmachten. Frauen griffen in Frankreich zu den Waffen und erhoben damit ihre Stimme gegen Ausbeutung und Unterdrückung.
Olymp de Gouges ist wohl die erste Frau die sich der männlich dominierten Politik zuwandte und klare Forderungen formulierte. Olymp de Gouges, eigentlich Marie Gouze, lebte zwischen 1748 – 1793 in Frankreich und war unter anderem Schriftstellerin. Sie propagierte eine frauenfreundliche Gesellschaft, denn die Deklaration der Menschen-und Bürgerrechte (1789) galt nur den Männern. In Frankreich war der Analphabetismus unter den Frauen stark verbreitet. Dadurch war die Unterdrückung besonders leicht und die Frauen konnten sich der Politik nicht wirksam nähern. Doch Heute geht es lange nicht mehr um Analphabetismus oder Wahlberechtigung. Es geht um Hirngespinste und der Mitgift des empirischen Denkens.

Hi Jeremy. I use wordpress cms. It is very user-friendly and offers a lot of design options. But every platform has its disadvantages. Of course, wordpress is also somewhat restricted in some respects. But in principle I can recommend it.
